You can always manage or cancel your subscription right from our website. Just click here to log in to your account to change any of your account settings. Your flexible subscription is 100% in your control.

What if I want to cancel my subscription?
We hate goodbyes, but leaving us doesn't create extra drama. If you need to cancel, you can just log in to your account and cancel your subscription.
Before you cancel, just know that cancellation is permanent. We won't be able to reactivate your account. If you want to restart your subscription, you'll have to create a new account and you'll lose any special deals or promotions that you currently have. Instead of cancelling, please consider pausing. If you pause, you won't be charged and you can reactivate your current plan anytime.
Also, just because you have extra product or are headed off on vacation doesn't mean you need to cancel. Our subscriptions make it easy to skip a month, pause your subscription while you're away, change your delivery date, change your frequency of delivery, or even change the products that you're getting!
