How do I change my account settings, shipping date, address, or billing information?
You can always manage or cancel your subscription right from our website. Just click here to log in to your account to change any of your account settings. Your flexible subscription is 100% in your control.
If this is your first time logging in, you will need to start by creating an account. Make sure that you set up your account using the email address you used for your first order — this will link your new account with your existing subscription.
From there, it's super easy to change your shipping date, address, your billing information, or even the frequency of your deliveries.
What if I want to cancel my subscription?
We hate goodbyes, but leaving us doesn't create extra drama. If you need to cancel, you can just log in to your account and choose "Cancel Subscription".
Also, just because you have extra product or are headed off on vacation doesn't mean you need to cancel. Our subscriptions make it easy to skip a month, pause your subscription while you're away, change your delivery date, change your frequency of delivery, or even change the products that you're getting!
